Return Window
Items may be returned within [30] days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, embroidered or personalized products, and undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within [X business days]. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
